At a child, Serena Williams’ Daughter Achieves the Remarkable Feat of Owning Two Sports Teams

It’s only right that a legend build up their children to also be legends. Serena Williams has done just that for her 5-year-old daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr.

The young protege is now officially the youngest owner of not one, but two sports teams! In 2020, at only 2 years old, Ohanian Jr. became a co-owner of L.A.-based women’s soccer team, Angel City Football Club. Her father, Alexis Ohanian Sr., has announced she now owns a second team.

“Announcing my fellow co-owner of @wearelagc… @olympiaohanian,” he wrote in the caption of a video showing Alexis golfing. “Olympia is the youngest owner in professional sports (@weareangelcity) and is now the youngest 2-team owner in professional sports.”

He added that his future child with Williams, who is currently pregnant, will join their older sister as an owner of the team.

“She’ll be joined by her future sibling,” he wrote.

A Family Affair Alexis’ newest investment, The Los Angeles Golf Club, is the first in a virtual golf league. The team’s ownership is a family affair as Serena and Venus Williams are also co-owners of the team. Serena also posted an announcement of the team on Instagram as well.

“An important part of the spirit and purpose of LA Golf Club is making golf our own, for everybody, and I couldn’t be more excited to shape the future of this sport with my family @alexisohanian @olympiaohanian and @venuswilliams,” she said in the caption of the post.

The entire family has been making it clear that they continuously put each other first. In May, Serena announced her second pregnancy with her and Alexis Ohanian. She revealed the news on the red carpet of the Met Gala and then took to Instagram to officially announce the news.

“Was so excited when Anna Wintour invited the 3 of us to the Met Gala,” she captioned the post.
