The NBA player played in a game the next day while wearing sneakers commemorating Gabriela’s birth; the day before, he took off work to be with Gabriela, missing the Mavericks’ game against the Memphis Grizzlies.
It was, first and foremost, the most joyous day of my entire life. The Mavericks’ loss tonight was just the cherry on top of an already tumultuous day for him, he added. “I’m so sad we didn’t win this game, but man, we gave a big, big effort.”
Although Doncic admitted to being “more tired” on the court after introducing Gabriela into the world, he assured the reporter that Gabriela was sleeping soundly and was a “great baby.”
Since her birth, he claims he has never been happier.During a post-game press conference, Doncic revealed that he had never been happier, even if it had been a few months since he had Gabriela.
His mood has improved, he added. Even if Ana is putting in a lot of hours, there are nights when I don’t get any sleep. I am the happiest man alive since this has truly improved my life. Nothing could make me happier than this.
In a tennis match, that is Doncic’s wish.
In April 2024, Doncic told Esquire that he hopes his daughter would be just as passionate about athletics as he is, but that he has no intention of forcing her into anything.
“I hope she enjoys athletics,” he added, before adding, “She can learn whatever she desires. “Quite a few sports.”
In particular, Doncic expressed his desire for Gabriela to enjoy tennis, calling it a “tough sport.”

In addition, Galtes posted a snapshot of Gabriela playing with the family’s three canines—Viki, a big breed, a White Swiss Shepherd named Gia, and Hugo, a Pomeranian.
